Stephan El Shaarawy has scored five goals and made two assists in his last seven appearances. It means the Giallorossi No.22 has had an active role in more goals in his last seven games for Roma than he did in the whole of his last two and half seasons at AC Milan (24 games, three goals, three assists) and Monaco (15 appearances, zero goals, zero assists).

Saturday’s match at the Olimpico will be the 166th match between Inter and Roma in the top tier of Italian football. Inter lead the way so far with 71 wins, 47 draws and 47 defeats.
There have been 572 goals in 196 matches between the two sides in all competitions, an average goals per game ratio of 2.91.
Roma couldn’t find the net at the San Siro earlier in this season as Inter ran out 1-0 winners. However, the Giallorossi haven’t failed to score in consecutive games against Inter since the 1991-92 season.
