Stadio della Roma has today announced that it has formally concluded its relationship with Mark Pannes.
The project, which encompasses a new football stadium for AS Roma, training facility, entertainment district and business park, will also see a substantial amount of public infrastructure work being privately funded for the people of Rome.
AS Roma president Jim Pallotta said: "We reached a point in the Stadio della Roma process where we needed to engage a fully dedicated team on the ground in Rome and Boston with deep industry and stadium experience to move to the next stage of bringing this extremely important project to life. We firmly believe we have now built the right team of experts to deliver the project for the team, for the city of Rome and for Italy as a whole. I would like to thank Mark for his time and effort and I wish him the very best for the future.”
In December 2014, Rome City Council officially recognised Stadio della Roma as a project of public interest for the City of Rome. The project team, which has been led by David Ginsberg over the last few months, is preparing to submit a final dossier to the ‘Conferenza di Servizi’ under the supervision of Regione Lazio.
