The Tuscan coach, who returned to Roma at the start of the second half of the campaign, has so far taken 22 points from a possible 27, a run which has allowed the club to climb from fifth into third spot.

Including his first spell in charge of the Giallorossi from 2005-06 to the first two games of the 2009-10 campaign, Spalletti has now won 128 of his 234 matches as Roma coach, drawing 54 and losing 52.
