The Azzurri won the match 1-0, with Graziano Pelle grabbing the winner.
Florenzi played the full 90 minutes, while De Rossi made way for Jorginho in the 67th minute.
Stephan El Shaarawy was an unused substitute for the match.
Italy boss Antonio Conte will announce his final 23-man party for Euro 2016 on Tuesday evening. The Azzurri have been drawn in Group E with Belgium, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland.
