Gallery: Roma squad touch down in Dubai

Luciano Spalletti has brought an 18-man squad to the United Arab Emirates with club captain Francesco Totti, Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman and Bosnian stars Miralem Pjanic and Edin Dzeko all expected to feature on Friday.

Local hero Mohamed Salah, who will be one of the biggest attractions against Al Ahly, had to be escorted out of the airport by security personnel after being mobbed by fans and airport staff.
