Beba

Vladislav Bezborodov has been named as the man in charge of the home game against Austria Wien in Roma's third match in Europa League Group E on Thursday 20 October

After the 1-1 draw at Viktoria Plzen and the 4-0 home victory over Astra Giugiu, Roma meet the Austrian outfit looking to consolidate their position as group leaders.

The Russian referee has yet to officiate either side but has taken charge of Italian teams on five occasions in the past, with our compatriots winning four and drawing the other one.

Bezborodov has been on the UEFA register since 2009, officiating 63 games on the continent, most recently Romania's 5-0 win over Armenia in a 2018 World Cup qualifier.

He will be joined at the Olimpico by assistants Maksim Gavrilin and Valeri Danchenko. Igor Fedotov and Kirill Levnikov are the additional assistants, while Andrey Vereteshkin has been named as the fourth official.
