Antonio Rudiger will start a game for the first time since suffering a serious knee injury when Roma face Empoli on Sunday afternoon.
The Germany international, who made a 12-minute cameo against Sassuolo in midweek after a four-month recovery from injury, goes straight into Luciano Spalletti's starting XI, with Alessandro Florenzi injured and Bruno Peres only considered fit for the bench.
Elsewhere it is the same XI that started at the Mapei Stadium - bar one switch in midfield, with Leandro Paredes coming in for Kevin Strootman.
