Six Roma players have joined up with their respective senior national teams for international matches over the coming days.

Daniele De Rossi is the sole Giallorossi player included in the Italy squad this time, as the Azzurri prepare to face Liechtenstein (12 November) in World Cup qualifying and Germany (15 November) in a friendly.

Elsewhere both Edin Dzeko and Mohamed Salah will be in action, for Bosnia & Herzegovina and Egypt respectively, on 13 November: Dzeko travelling to face Greece (for whom Kostas Manolas misses out due to his recent surgery on a broken nose) and Salah hosting Ghana in Alexandria.

Goalkeepers Alisson and Wojciech Szczesny have both also been called up. Alisson will hope to help Brazil's World Cup qualification prospects with wins against Argentina (10 November) and Peru (15 November), while Szczesny's Poland have meetings with Romania (11 November) and Slovenia (14 November).

Like Alisson, Juan Iturbe has travelled for matches in the South American qualifying competition - joining up with the Paraguay squad for games against Peru and Bolivia.

Gerson is also on international duty this week, the midfielder having been called for Brazil's two Under-21 meeetings with Mexico.
