Salah was the Man of the Match (obviously!) in a semi-final against Burkina Faso that went right down to the wire.
In a tightly fought game with very few chances for either side, the Roma forward broke the deadlock in the 67th minute with a sublime strike from outside of the area.
Egypt’s joy was short-lived however as Burkina Faso equalized to take the game into extra-time and then on to penalties.
And just moments before Roma team-mate Francesco Totti stepped up to the spot to score the winner against Cesena at Stadio Olimpico, Salah slotted home his own penalty in the shoot-out to book a place in the final for The Pharaohs.
Egypt will play the winner from Thursday's semi-final between Ghana v Cameroon in the final on 5 February.
