The Giallorossi's two games against the Submarino Amarillo are scheduled for 16 and 23 February, with the first leg taking place in Spain.
At the weekend Fran Escriba's side were defeated at home by Valencia 2-0 thanks to goals by Carlos Soler and Santi Mina in the first half. The loss means Villarreal stay on 31 points, increasing the gap to fourth place and qualification for next season's Champions League.
Villarreal now trail Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad by four points.
It's not been a happy January so far for Villarreal after they were dumped out of the Copa del Rey by Basque side Real Sociedad at the beginning of the month. They followed that up with two draws in the league, against Barcelona and Sociedad once again, before the defeat at the weekend to Valencia.
Escriba will be hoping his players can end this poor run of form on Saturday, as Granada will be paying a visit to El Madrigal for a 13:00 CET kick-off.
