Loan Watch: Doumbia scores yet again as Skorupski makes another penalty save

Once again, we round up all the key exploits of those Roma players currently out on loan around Europe and Italy during the past week...

Forward Seydou Doumbia was substituted on in the 71st minute of Basel’s 2-2 draw with Vaduz on Saturday, scoring a late stoppage time goal via a header to tie the match.

He now has 13 goals in 18 league appearances this season for the Swiss side.

Elsewhere, goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski started and played all 90 minutes of Empoli’s 2-1 victory over A.C. Milan on Sunday - adding another penalty stop to his collection in the process.

After giving away the chance from 12 yards, the Poland goalkeeper dived to deny Suso and help his side to a surprise three points.

Skorupski has now made an impressive four penalty stops so far this season.
