Coach Eusebio Di Francesco has made eight changes to his side for the meeting with Bologna on Saturday evening.
Alisson Becker, Federico Fazio and Edin Dzeko are the only players that remain from the side that beat Crotone 1-0 on Wednesday, with Gregoire Defrel and Lorenzo Pellegrini among those coming into the side.
Perhaps the most notable change comes in defence, with Aleksandar Kolarov on the bench for the first time this season as Bruno Peres starts at left-back, with Alessandro Florenzi at right-back.
