Radja Nainggolan has pinpointed Eusebio Di Francesco's ability to get the best out of each and every squad member as one of the secrets to Roma's strong start to the campaign.
The Giallorossi boss has rotated his troops in recent weeks as Roma have continued to rack up the wins – including the last five in all competitions.
“Di Francesco makes every player feel important," the Belgian midfielder told Sky Sport Italia. "Even those who aren't playing so much try extra hard when they get the nod because they want to grab their chance.
“We're all on our toes and ready to jump in and do our bit for the team whenever we're called upon - I think you can see that.”
Can Roma aim to win the Scudetto?
“I'd rather not talk about the Scudetto. We're doing well at the moment and making good progress. We just have to keep focusing on what we need to do.”
Do you like the position you're playing in this season?
“I'm happy to play wherever the boss wants me and I always give my all for the team regardless. It took me a while to readjust to my old position but I'm fine now and it's all good.”
How happy are you to be back in the Belgium squad?
“I'm happy to be involved again. Let's see how it goes as it's been a tough period. I hope to earn my place back for good.”
