The two sides, who met in the group stage of the competition, will once again battle it out - this time for the right to face either PSV Eindhoven or Leicester City in the final four.
The first leg will take place in Norway on Thursday 7 April, with the second leg scheduled for a week later at the Stadio Olimpico.
Both games will kick-off at 21:00 CET.
Norwegian champions Bodo came out on top in the two head-to-head meetings between the sides in the group stage - winning one and drawing the other - although it was the Giallorossi who ultimately ended up topping the group.
They beat Celtic and AZ Alkmaar to reach this stage of the competition, while Jose Mourinho's men edged past Vitesse Arnhem to book their spot.
On the other side of the draw, Slavia Prague will face Feyenoord and Olympique Marseille will take on PAOK.
