Henrikh Mkhitaryan returns to the starting line-up as Roma face Spezia in Liguria on Sunday evening - while there is also a first start of the season for Nicola Zalewski.
Lorenzo Pellegrini captains the side from a more attacking role at the Stadio Alberto Picco, as he supports Tammy Abraham up front.
