Tammy Abraham hailed one of the best performances of the season so far as Roma beat Atalanta on Saturday afternoon.
The Giallorossi ran out 4-1 winners in Bergamo, as the England striker scored the first and last goals to give Jose Mourinho's side a massive three points.
“What a win. What. A. Win,” said Abraham.
“I don’t know what else to say. A lot of people doubted us today, they said it was mission impossible for us as a team, but this is by far one of the best wins we’ve had this season. You can see by [the reaction of] the travelling fans and you can see by everyone’s reaction.
“We needed to win and, as I said … what a win.”
On his post-match hug with Mourinho, he added: “It was just emotions. We are both passionate about the game and we knew how important the game was today for both the team and for the fans.
"We didn’t even speak, it was just a hug and you could see what it meant to both of us.”
