Edoardo Bove captained the side and scored a brace as Italy Under-20s beat Romania 7-0 on Monday afternoon.
With ex-Roma goalkeeper Bogdan Lobont in the opposition line-up for the game at Sassuolo's Mapei Stadium, Bove ran the show and capped things off with two goals before being replaced by clubmate Alessio Riccardi.
"A perfect afternoon," Bove wrote on Instagram afterwards.
"A great performance from the team, a win and brace [for me]."
