Successive victories over Empoli (3-0) and Napoli (4-1) have launched Alessandro Spugna's side to the top of the fledgling standings - ahead of reigning champions Juventus on goals scored.
It is the first time the Giallorosse have ever sat atop the league table since their formation in the summer of 2018.
They continue their campaign this weekend against Pomigliano.
