The Giallorosse, who clinched the Scudetto last season, will defend their title on Saturday afternoon, after they beat Inter Milan 2-0 on Thursday evening.
Giada Tarantino and Arianna Boldrini scored the goals for Fabio Melillo's side.
Roma will face Juventus, who beat Florentia Sangimignano in the other semi-final, at 16:30 CEST on Saturday.
"We really had to dig deep in the closing stages, because we were up against a really strong side," said Melillo.
"I have to give credit to Inter because they made us suffer in those last 30 minutes. But thanks to the team spirit and work rate of the girls we were able to hold on to a really important result.
"After winning the title last season we are trying to build a winning mentality here even if we've achieved some of the things we want to already. These girls are showing they have that hunger and drive and that is amazing to see. It's the best thing we've developed over these last three seasons."
Roma beat Juventus in last season's final, which was played in September due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Melillo's side won every single one of their league games this term.
"I watched Juventus's game in the semi-final and they really played well," Melillo noted.
"We will go out there, with the experience we already have, and try to give everything - physically and mentally - once again. We are coming off 32 straight wins over the last two years - we want to make it 33."
