Going into the game with a 4-0 advantage after last month's first leg, Betty Bavagnoli's side made light work of their Serie A rivals - as Andressa Alves, Agnese Bonfantini (2), Lindsey Thomas, Annamaria Serturini and Emma Severini all got themselves on the scoresheet.
The Giallorosse will face Juventus for a place in the final of the competition.
"We are through after another great performance, just like in the first leg," said Severini afterwards. "We are all really happy.
"I am delighted to have been able to play and to help the team. It was a great opportunity for me."
Already afforded a measure of control thanks to their first leg display, the Giallorosse wasted little time in killing off whatever remaining hope the visitors may have had - with Andressa's early penalty being followed by a quick-fire brace from Bonfantini.
In truth the hosts were rampant throughout, and it was little surprise when they made it 5-1 shortly before half-time.
In the second half Bavagnoli was able to make some changes, although Severini's brilliant strike ultimately ensured a 10-1 aggregate scoreline underlined the dominance Roma had shown.
Nevertheless, the side will have to step it up yet another level when they face the Bianconeri.
"I hope we play against them like we did in the Supercoppa - that's the attitude we need to have," Bavagnoli said.
"We want to take that next step, we want to give it a real go, knowing how good they are of course. We have to stay humble, we are going up against the holders. But that should be a challenge we relish."
