The tournament, played on eFootball PES 2021, will see professional gamers representing teams from around the world go head-to-head over the course of a 'season' - until one is crowned the winner.
The professional players who will represent Roma Esports for the tournament will be announced in due course.
Last season's competition was eventually suspended due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, although German side Bayern Munich did emerge victorious in a special eFootball.Pro Cup event.
eFootball PES 2021, made by Konami, is out now on all major platforms.
