Roma will face Spezia in the last-16 of the Coppa Italia, after the Serie A side won their knockout tie on Wednesday afternoon.
Spezia came from behind to beat Bologna 4-2 after extra-time, setting up the contest - which will take place in the new year.
Spezia, who were promoted to Serie A this season, currently sit 13th in the table.
The two sides are due to meet for the first time in the league this season over the weekend of January 24, at the Olimpico.
