Coach Paulo Fonseca has made six changes to his side for Sunday's Serie A game against AC Milan - including a first start for the club for Davide Zappacosta.
Gianluca Mancini, Leonardo Spinazzola, Bryan Cristante, Justin Kluivert and Lorenzo Pellegrini all also come into the starting line-up for the game at the San Siro.
Edin Dzeko leads the line and captains the side once again, after his two-goal heroics in Wednesday's 2-1 win over Sampdoria.
