The Giallorossi duo of 'Damie' and 'SpiderKong' learned who they will face in the group stages of the prestigious esports tournament

Roma's esports team was drawn into Group C on Tuesday, and will be joined by Austria Wien, Fnatic, NASR Esports, QLASH and Redemption Esports in group play.

After becoming the only Italian football club to qualify for the 24-team event, Roma will have to place in one of the top two spots of the group in order to advance to the knockout stages of the tournament.

'SpiderKong' spoke to ESPN Brasil about finally realising his dream of playing in the eClub World Cup: "I'm very happy, because I was so close in qualification the past two years, but I just missed qualifying for the event. Now I've made it in 2020, and I'm representing Roma, a traditional football club."
