International: Zaniolo makes Italy debut, Dzeko reaches landmark

Saturday was a night never to be forgotten for two Roma players - as Nicolo Zaniolo made his international debut, while another reached an impressive milestone.

Zaniolo, 19, was a late substitute in Italy's 2-0 win over Finland in Euro 2020 qualifying, coming on for the final five minutes in Udine.

Posting about the game afterwards on Instagram, the midfielder said it was "another dream realised" to make his first appearance for the Azzurri.

Elsewhere, meanwhile, striker Edin Dzeko became the first person in his country's history to reach 100 caps - as he led Bosnia & Herzegovina in their 2-1 victory over Armenia.

Dzeko, 33, was presented with a number of special commemorative awards ahead of the game.

The striker has scored 55 goals for his country during his international career.
