Javier Pastore returns to the Roma starting line-up as the Giallorossi face Cagliari at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday afternoon.
Pastore makes his first appearance since March for the team - and his first start of 2019 as Claudio Ranieri opts for an attacking line-up that also includes Stephan El Shaarawy and Justin Kluivert in advanced roles.
