Alberto De Rossi's Giallorossi side were on the wrong end of two dubious penalty decisions in either half - the first, to award Inter a spot-kick, the second to deny Roma one - as an even game gradually slipped away from them.

The Nerazzurri, after converting that early penalty through Facundo Colidio, frustrated and infuriated the Giallorossi with a physical approach to the game - but eventually sealed the victory with a late brace from Sebastiano Esposito.
