In their first home game in Serie A, Betty Bavagnoli's young side acquitted themselves well against their illustrious opponents - fighting an even battle until a deflected strike from Benedetta Glionna pushed the visitors in front.
The Giallorosse battled back after that setback and fought valiantly to try and get back into the game - only for another deflected strike to double the deficit.
England international Eni Aluko may have got the final touch to that strike and, with the game stretched in the closing stages, added two more to seal a somewhat lopsided 4-0 final scoreline.
Nevertheless, a positive turnout of almost 1000 fans were on hand at Tre Fontane to cheer the team on.
"The fans were great," Bavagnoli said afterwards. "They gave us the strength to press more, to press higher.
"My girls gave everything. We should not be demoralised, we deserve to have more points than we have. We must push forward with our heads high - my girls know they are good."
Roma Women are still looking for their first points in Serie A, after losing their opening away games against Sassuolo and Hellas Verona.
"The first half was very even - perhaps they were a bit luckier than us," said defender Angelica Soffia.
"We know Juventus are a tough side - but we are working hard, and I'm sure if we keep pushing on we will soon be on the right track."
