Rudi Garcia has cleared up the big talking point: Francesco Totti will be back in the Roma squad for Saturday night’s match against AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico
“Totti will be named in the squad,” began the French coach in his news conference. “He’s not yet 100% but he’s fit enough to be with the group. It’s excellent news to have him back with us after three and a half months out.”
The Giallorossi captain has made three appearances in the league this season, scoring once, and last featured on 26 September against Carpi. He was forced off that day with a thigh problem.
Mohamed Salah, meanwhile, has been given the all-clear to play with Daniele De Rossi facing a late fitness test.
