Orsato to oversee Roma v AC Milan

It will be the 19th time the Veneto-born referee has taken charge of a Roma league fixture. The Giallorossi's past record with him stands at eight wins, seven draws and three defeats.

Orsato first crossed paths with Roma in the 2007-08 season when he oversaw a 2-0 Giallorossi victory against Cagliari. He was most recently in charge of a Roma fixture on 25 October 2015, when goals by Mohamed Salah and Gervinho saw Rudi Garcia's side secure a 1-2 victory over Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi.

Assisting Mr Orsato for Saturday's encounter with the Rossoneri will be linesmen Lorenzo Manganelli and Filippo Meli, while Claudio La Rocca has been named as fourth official and Carmine Russo and Marco Di Bello will serve as additional assistants.

Roma v AC Milan is scheduled for a 20:45 CET kick-off on Saturday 9 January 2016.
