Gerson and Fazio make first Giallorossi starts against Plzen

Luciano Spalletti said before the match that he would make use of his entire squad this season and his lineup for the game at the Doosan Arena certainly reflects that, with Gerson and compatriot Alisson both in the starting lineup - while Federico Fazio also makes his first start for the club in the heart of the defence.

There is also an opportunity for Juan Manuel Iturbe to impress in attack.
