Salah, who provided the assist for Edin Dzeko's opening goal and completed the scoring in the 85th minute, was the overwhelming choice of voters - beating out Dzeko for victory by a comfortable margin.
Federico Fazio and Alessandro Florenzi rounded out the top four in the poll, as the Giallorossi picked up an invaluable three points against one of their rivals.
Salah now has four goals in Serie A already this season, and has created more attacking chances than any other player in the league so far this term.
