Stephan El Shaarawy partners Mohamed Salah in attack once again, as Roma look to continue their winning ways against Sassuolo on Sunday.
El Shaarawy scored the opening goal in the win over Palermo last weekend and has been rewarded with another start at the Stadio Olimpico.
Leandro Paredes, Wojciech Szczesny and Emerson Palmieri also come into the side, the other changes from the midweek Europa League victory (but aggregate defeat) over Lyon.
