Academy round-up: Season finishes for junior teams

Alberto De Rossi's Primavera side (Under-19) enjoyed another extremely productive year, winning both the Supercoppa and the Coppa Italia during the course of an extremely busy season - as they also made it to the latter stages of the UEFA Youth League.

The reigning Serie A champions made a strong defence of their domestic crown, ultimately losing to Inter Milan in the semi-finals of the competition after showing great resolve to progress through the play-off rounds.

The Under-17 side were also victims to Inter Milan in the national championship, losing in the quarter-finals, while the Under-15s were defeated in the semi-finals against Juventus.

The Under-16s were the last time to complete their campaign, after reaching the final of their age group against AC Milan. Unfortunately they were unable to crown the year with a title, ultimately losing 5-2 to the Rossoneri.
