Roma to face Celta in second friendly in Spain

Roma will face RC Celta in a pre-season friendly on August 13.

The Giallorossi will face the Europa League semi-finalists at their home ground, Balaidos, with the game scheduled to get underway at 19:30 CEST.

For coach Eusebio Di Francesco it will be his side's second pre-season match in Spain in the space of four days, as the club continues preparations for the new Serie A campaign.

The Celta Vigo contest will follow in the wake of a meeting with Sevilla on August 10, as the two sides contest the Antonio Puerta Trophy.

That game will take place at Sevilla’s home ground, the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

The squad will subsequently travel to Vigo for the second contest before returning to Italy ahead of the opening Serie A game of the season, against Atalanta on August 20.
