The initiative, run by Roma Cares in collaboration with Geco Animation, saw the two officials sit down with children from the city's Gianni Rodar school - as they discussed the importance of the sort of values that sport can teach kids, from fair play and respect to competition and adherence to rules.
"Every time we can do an event like this is a reason for pride and happiness," Baldissoni said. "At Roma we always try to give back, given what we so generously receive from fans week-in and week-out."
"We have a platform that we are happy to put at the disposal of the city, to help in many ways."
Mayor Raggi: "It has been a great day. These kids are the future of this city and this country. We know that sport can bring not only physical but social benefits - and help youngsters grow and develop in the right way."
