Stadium Information: New 5,000 capacity limit

Full details on what the changes for upcoming home games means for our season ticket holders...

In light of the recent government decree to temporarily reduce the maximum capacity in stadiums to 5,000 spectators, a decision which affects the club's upcoming home games against Cagliari (Serie A) and Lecce (Coppa Italia), the club has decided to address the issue by giving priority to current 2021-22 season ticket holders.

The majority of tickets for both games will be made available exclusively to them.

Full details on the system that has been put in place are available below...

Want to request a ticket for Roma v. Cagliari? Here's what you need to do...

Starting from 11:00 CET on Thursday 13 January and ending 24 hours later, season ticket holders will be able to enter themselves in the ballot for tickets for the game. The process is simple: all the individual needs to do is submit their PNR code at the dedicated page set up for the occasion.

It will be possible to submit up to a maximum of four PNR codes at this stage - ensuring (if successful in the ballot) that relatives and/or season ticket holding friends can continue to attend the game together.

What happens if you win the ballot?

The draw will take place on Friday, with the lucky winners receiving their tickets by 18:00 CET on Saturday 15 January at the laters.

Tickets for the game will count as part of the season ticket, with no additional cost being charged. However, successful applicants for the Cagliari game will not then be permitted to enter into the draw for other upcoming matches.

What happens if I lose in the ballot, or don't enter in the first place?

For those who cannot attend the game, for whatever reason, the club has come up with three alternative options in order to make up for the loss of a home game from the season ticket:

    1. Keep your season ticket spot for the last-16 of the Europa Conference League, with the home leg added to your season ticket at no extra cost.

    2. The value of a single game on the season ticket will be donated to Roma Cares and its various projects.

    3. Receive a voucher for the value of a single game as part of the season ticket

Those who decide to participate in the Cagliari match ballot and are then successful will naturally not be eligible for any further form of recompense.

Those who lose in the ballot, however, will still be able to choose from the three options above.

The club would like to inform fans that the compensation scheme will remain open for 10 days, after which any fans who have not made a selection will see the value of an individual match automatically donated to Roma Cares and its projects.

Further updates on subsequent matches will be made over the coming days.
