After two seasons in charge of the club, Paulo Fonseca bade farewell to Roma and the club's supporters in a social media post on Thursday.
The Portuguese coach posted a video on Instagram, as he also wished the supporters and the team the best of luck for the future.
"I am proud of representing these colours," Fonseca wrote.
"I wish all the best to the club and its fans in the future. Thank you Roma!"
In his two seasons at the club, Fonseca steered the side to fifth and seventh place finishes in Serie A - and runs to the last-16 and semi-finals of the Europa League.
