Ceasar extends deal with Roma Women

Goalkeeper Camelia Ceasar has become the latest Roma Women player to extend her contract with the club.

Ceasar, a Romania international, has agreed terms on a new deal with the Giallorosse that will keep her at the club until June 2022.

"I've always associated Roma with passion," Ceasar said. "But I only realised the truth of that when I put on this shirt for the first time and saw the fans at Stadio Tre Fontane.

"The atmosphere they create at our ground pushes me on to give my best in every game - it's something magical.

"It is an honour and a privilege to be able to continue to represent this club."

The 23-year-old has made 28 appearances for the club since joining in the summer of 2019 - including 14 during the 2020-21 season to date.

    Congratulations Camelia!
