Primavera: Diawara plays an hour in dramatic draw

First-team midfielder Amadou Diawara got through 60 minutes of action as Roma Primavera drew 3-3 with Inter Milan on Saturday afternoon.

Diawara continued his rehabilitation from a knee problem with a fine hour-long performance at Stadio Tre Fontane, although his presence wasn't quite enough to steer Alberto De Rossi's side to victory.

The Giallorossi took an early lead through Alessio Riccardi, and doubled that advantage just after the break through defender William Bianda.

But the visitors battled back to level the score at 2-2 - and managed to do so again even after Edoardo Bove found the net shortly after Diawara's withdrawal, equalising in the closing stages.
