Europa League: Braga our opponents in last-32


Roma will face Portuguese side SC Braga in the last-32 of this season's Europa League, following Monday's draw in Nyon.

The Giallorossi will go up against Braga, currently fourth in the Portuguese top flight, over two legs in February 2021.

It will be a match of particularly significance to Paulo Fonseca, who coached Braga earlier in his career.

The two teams have never faced each other before in Europa League competition, however.

The two games will take place on Thurday 18 February 2021 and Thursday 25 February 2021.

As the seeded side in the draw, Roma will play the second leg at home - with the first leg taking place a week prior in Portugal.

Braga finished second in Group G, ending up level on points with Leicester City but losing out on head-to-head record. Zorya Luhansk and AEK Athens were the other members of their groups.
