Ticket update: Champions League home game against Liverpool

IMG

The club has issued the following update on tickets for the Champions League semi-final second leg against Liverpool, after tickets went on general sale on Wednesday morning.

Tickets for the game at the Stadio Olimpico are now unavailable. Between 10:00 and 13:00 today, as our ticket supplier Best Union have already explained, AS Roma Stores suffered repeated system interruptions due to technical difficulties, which slowed the sales process and made it difficult to keep up with demand.

Meanwhile, the sale continued online and through other authorised channels until they were nearly sold out at around 13:00.

As a result, to ensure those fans that queued overnight at AS Roma Stores were able to get tickets, a significant allocation were held back for those stores, to be processed once the technical problems had been overcome.

Around 16:00 this allocation was also sold it. While apologising for the inconvenience - the result of issues beyond ours or Best Union's control - we opted to choose this path to retain as much fairness as possible to all our fans during the general sale, and prevent those who had queued the longest from missing out.

Once again, the club apologises for the inconvenience.
