Lorenzo Pellegrini will miss Roma's home game against Benevento on Sunday, after being given a one-match ban for his red card against Hellas Verona.

The midfielder was sent off in the 51st minute of Sunday's 1-0 win at the Stadio Bentegodi.

Serie A confirmed on Tuesday that they have decided to ban the 21-year-old for one match as a result of his indiscretion.

Radja Nainggolan is also banned for Sunday's match, after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season during Sunday's game.
