Confirmed: Roma's 23-man squad for the Champions League group stage

Roma will face Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Qarabag in the group stages of this season's competition, with the first game coming at home to Atletico in just over a week's time.

New signing Patrik Schick is included in the group, as is Alessandro Florenzi.

Full-back Emerson Palmieri has been omitted from the group stage squad due to his ongoing recovery from injury.
