Milan’s biggest goal threat is the Colombian centre-forward who has scored eight goals from 15 Serie A starts this season. Bacca also has one assist but it’s interesting to note he is dispossessed over twice per match. Last season for Sevilla he scored 27 times and made nine assists, further exemplifying his capabilities in front of net.

Giacomo Bonaventura

In the prime of his career at 26 years old, Bonaventura has been one of Serie A’s top players of this season. His 19 total appearances between Serie A and Coppa Italia have seen him play in a variety of roles, including trequartista, centre midfield and left-wing. Surprisingly, he has been most effective coming from his deepest position in centre midfield, with two goals and two assists. He has five goals and six assists between both competitions this season and will be looking to add to that tally tonight.

Luca Antonelli

Overshadowed by some of the more popular names in Milan, Antonelli has been Milan’s most dependable defender this season. The Italian international started his professional career in Milan in 2006 and returned last winter. He has over three tackles, two interceptions and almost three clearances per match, displaying stability on Milan’s left flank. A strong blocker who doesn’t shy away from a tackle, Roma’s attack will need to get past Antonelli first.
